Simply Communicating – Professional Investigator
Kellie is a licenced professional investigator through the Ministry of Public Safety. She specializes in conducting workplace investigations, facilitating investigations training and facilitating respectful workplace training. She has received advanced investigation interviewing techniques utilizing both the REID model of investigative interviewing (used by police agencies in Canada and the US) and the P.E.A.C.E. investigative interviewing model. Kellie worked in Human Resources for approximately 15 years (CPHR) and prior to that, worked with the RCMP (in municipal policing as well as a sworn civilian member for almost 20 years) where she worked up to a management role in police communications. With the RCMP, she developed training programs related to communication procedures and protocols. She has numerous certifications and diplomas as well as completion of a number of employment law study programs. Her investigative services and training have been used by a number of industries and organizations including federal government agencies; crown corporations; manufacturing; pulp & paper; financial and banking institutions, health care and small privately owned business and non-profits.

Trish Scoular is a Registered Professional Counsellor who treats people living with depression and anxiety, often seen in people who were bullied, abused, or have suffered trauma. I am able to assess, which gives their physician an indication of where their levels are, allowing them proper treatment through medication. I use mindfulness, reiki, cognitive behavioral therapy which are helpful in working through any self-esteem, anger, and other issues that arise. I address co-dependency, grief, conflict, suicide indicators, boundaries and communication styles. I am founder of Love From The Inside Wellness Society. I work with municipal and provincial governments when advocating for groups and currently working on a private members bill. I am a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellor’s Association and Past President of the Regional Management Team for BC/Yukon. I have a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling.
