Ken Donaldson, Founder of ITR Inc. Polygraph Service
- Graduate of Academy of Polygraph Science, Largo, Florida in 2003
- American Polygraph Association
- Certified Forensic Psycho-physiologist
Polygraph Examination results assists with expediting investigations, resolution finding, and recovery for employees impacted by workplace bullying, harassment and/or workplace violence. This service also assists with the rehabilitation process involving employees identified as disruptive (bullying, uncivil, abrasive, harassing, or violent).
With these results in place, ABRC and Associates offer employers, employees, and individuals, solutions and strategies for next steps and moving forward.
The Polygraph Examination is scientifically proven to detect deception. The clients of ITR Polygraph Exam includes legal counsel, family court, security companies, insurance investigators, family counselors, corporations for employee statement verification and the public.
Our Polygraph Examination service is a benefit to all employers and employees impacted by workplace bullying, harassment, and workplace violence. As part of the investigation process when an employee is identified with disruptive behaviours, and denial or inconsistent information continues to be a barrier for outcomes and improvements, we recommend a polygraph test.
This test is effective with “he said she said’ situations.
For those who are impacted by any form of workplace harm, a polygraph test will need to be a voluntary option. An option that offers employees with meaningful validation and evidence of their credibility. The employee’s choice is to access this resource before or during the complaint process and/or investigation.
For those identified as being harmful to others in the workplace, the employer has the prerogative to have the polygraph test as a mandatory requirement. The identified employee may also choose to have this test to clear their name.
My work as a Polygraph Examiner is currently being featured in a 13-episode TV Documentary Series called “The Lie Detective”. You can view episodes on the ID channel and on CTV TWO. “The Lie Detective” was recognized for its quality in TV programing in 2009 when it was nominated for Best Documentary Series 1/2 hr. by the Alberta Motion Picture Industry Association for the Rosie Award. We are currently working on Season Two.
ITR Inc. Polygraph Service has been featured on several radio stations such as the 630 CHED’s Leslie Primo show, CFCW, The Bear, K-Rock, Energy 101.5 out of Calgary, Joe Cannon show out of Montreal, and 104.9 Virgin Radio. ITR Inc. has also been advertised on TV shows such as BT TV with Bridgette Ryan, Careers TV, Special Assignment with Dave Ewasuk from CTV News and City TV News with Paul Brown. ITR Inc. Polygraph Service was also fortunate to be featured in Alberta Venture Magazine Dec. 2006, the St. Albert Gazette, Saint City News, The National Post, The Edmonton Journal and the Edmonton Sun. My work is featured in February 2013 edition of Avenue Magazine pages 22 & 23.
Lesley Donaldson, ITR Inc. Polygraph Examination Services is the executive assistant to the certified Polygraph Examiner, Ken Donaldson. Together, 15 years ago, we created and now operate “Is That Right” Polygraph Examination Service, also known as ITR Inc. My role with ITR as administrative executive, is to complete intakes, schedule clients, market and advertise our services, invoice, and assist with the preparation of reports.
The majority of our clients attend our office very upset and distraught. Most times they are victims of crime, bullying (gaslighting), domestic violence and mental abuse. They attend wanting to use the science of Polygraph to help resolve their issues that are causing them such distress. To support all clients, we have created a safe and support environment.
Due to the trauma and life trials that I have suffered and endured in my personal life and have overcome, I chose to use my life experience to help others going through similar heartaches and thus our clients find it more comfortable and feel safe talking about hard issues. Many of which have never been spoken of before. We attend our office for each client with the intent to help that person prove what they are saying is true. However, if that client is dishonest, this person will fail the polygraph. Regardless of outcomes, we remain as a support to each client helping them to come to terms with the truth.
We help you tell the truth.
